At Excelsior Strength, we offer a variety of plans to fit your unique goals. Our 1:1 Coaching provides personalized training and hands-on guidance tailored specifically to your needs, while our Small Group Training offers a dynamic environment where you can push yourself alongside others. If you're looking to master kettlebells, our specialized Kettlebell Program is perfect for building functional strength with the “gym that fits in your hand.” No matter which option you choose, our plans are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve results that last.


Private Training Session
1:1 Training at Excelsior Strength is designed to help clients unlock their inner strength and reach their full potential. With over 22 years of experience and top-level certifications, the personalized coaching focuses on building lasting strength, improving movement, and achieving individual fitness goals. Each session is tailored to empower clients to move better, feel stronger, and discover their true capabilities.

Kettlebell Workshop I
This 2.5-hour hands-on workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to kettlebells. You'll start with a brief history of the kettlebell, followed by in-depth instruction on mastering the Turkish Get-Up and The Swing—two of the most effective exercises in kettlebell training. These movements provide a powerful balance of strength and conditioning. The session will conclude with a Q&A to ensure all your questions are answered.

Online Programing
Online programming for strength and conditioning using Bridge Athletic. You get a custom-made workout based on your wants and needs. You can download the app to take your workouts wherever you are. All exercises in the workout come with a video and description. Takes the guess work out of how to program you workouts correctly and safely.

Small Group Training
Small group training consists of 3-5 individuals. Each individual will have to do the intro package which consists of a screen and assessment. They will also get 2 training sessions to bring all the information from you and your results of the first day to develop a plan. when you join the group for training you will still receive individual attention towards your goals in motivating and fun atmosphere.

Kettlebell Class
Our Kettlebell Class builds on the foundational skills learned in Kettlebell Workshop I, taking your training to the next level. This class delivers the ultimate full-body workout designed to maximize strength, endurance, and conditioning. With proper form and technique established in the workshop, you’ll safely push your limits while performing more complex exercises that challenge both mind and body. Kettlebell Workshop I is a prerequisite, ensuring you're fully prepared to get the most out of this class.
